1958/1960 : Trainee with Rethymnis & Kulukundis, London and with Werft Gusto Holland.
1960/1968 : Superintendent Engineer with N.J.Pateras, London, for newbuilding programme of 4 bulk-carriers in Belgium and Japan.
1968/present : Consultant with his own firm Helix Shipping and Technical Services in London and since 1979 with August Marine Ltd in Piraeus. The company handles Hull & Machinery Surveys for Owners and Brokers; Conversion Designs; Damage Repairs, Classification Records and Inspections for Purchase; Technical Consultancy to Lawyers, Expert Witness, Surveys for Banks & P&I Clubs; Shipbuilding Contracts and Specifications; Plan Approval/Supervision of New Constructions; (Well over 200 Newbuildings handled to date.)
